DFA (Design for Assembly)

Material

We understand that there are many types and brands of materials available worldwide, and it’s not always possible to keep every option in stock. If we don’t have the specific material you require, we will suggest suitable alternatives that meet your needs.

Stack-up

We typically produce PCBs according to the customer’s specified stack-up. However, there are times when we may need to suggest an alternative stack-up. This could be due to three main reasons:

We may not have the specified core/prepreg thickness or copper thickness in stock.
The customer’s specified stack-up may not meet the required controlled impedance specifications.
The proposed stack-up could present a potential risk of failure.
