PCB Tests & Inspections
PCB Tests & Inspections
We are committed to delivering the highest quality printed circuit boards to our customers. To ensure this, we conduct a series of rigorous tests and inspections throughout the PCB production process and after the boards are completed. Below are the key tests and inspections we perform to guarantee the performance, reliability, and quality of every PCB we manufacture.
- DFM (Design for Manufacturing) Check
- IQC (Incoming Quality Control)
- Visual and Mechanical Inspection
- Micro-section Inspection
- Electrical Test
- AOI (Automated Optical Inspection)
- TDR Impedance Test
- Hi Potential Testing (Hi Pot PCB Testing)
IQC (Incoming Quality Inspection)
We understand the critical importance of Incoming Quality Control (IQC) in ensuring the reliability and quality of our PCBs. Defective components can lead to significant losses for both our customers and us, making meticulous IQC essential. By detecting defects early, IQC not only helps reduce costs but also ensures that our products meet the highest standards, resulting in greater customer satisfaction. We view IQC as a vital step in producing reliable, high-quality PCBs and prioritize it to deliver the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Manual Visual Inspection
While we utilize advanced testing methods such as AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) and electrical testing in our PCB manufacturing process, manual visual inspection remains an essential part of our quality control. Certain minor defects, such as imperfections in the base material, solder mask, or silkscreen, cannot be detected by automated equipment. Manual visual inspection involves a careful and detailed examination of the PCBs to identify any visual defects or flaws before the boards are sent out for use. This thorough process ensures that every PCB meets our high standards for quality and performance.
