Quality is a vital element in accomplishing this goal through employee involvement, through suppliers’ involvement, and continuous improvement at all levels of the organization.

We recruit only operators and employees with quality-mind. Before one employee starts their career at Goldmate, they must pass through a series training and testing. Quality training as well as skill and knowledge training is treated not only an obligation but also a welfare to employees at Goldmate.
