Quality is a vital element in accomplishing this goal through employee involvement, through suppliers’ involvement, and continuous improvement at all levels of the organization.

In parallel with conformance to institutional quality standards, Goldmate implements the following procedures and controls within our quality program:

Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) damage prevention
Engineering Change Order (ECO) controls
ERP-generated shop travelers
First article inspection and in-process visual and AOI,ICT inspections
Periodic equipment and instrument calibration and preventative maintenance

We recruit only operators and employees with quality-mind. Before one employee starts their career at Goldmate, they must pass through a series training and testing. Quality training as well as skill and knowledge training is treated not only an obligation but also a welfare to employees at Goldmate. Quality is not only concern with the product hardware/software quality, but also our customers services experience during working with us, our communication skill, project management skill and way of thinking
